| Dust In The Wind Our signature stallion with a beautiful deep chocolate coat and a white mane and tail, is a sight to behold. He is everything a Rocky Mountain stallion should be. Even tempered, naturally gaited, and a palate of beauty. Standing 15.3 hands, he is a horse anybody can ride. Sired by Jock, by Son of Yankee, by Tobe and out of a Woolsey’s Rocky mare, he was born through a barbed wire fence. Because his entire chest was ripped open, the vet said he should be put down, but he was nursed back to health and has sired winning get all over the Rocky Mountain region of the country. His movement is trail to classic. By the way, one of the original breeders of gaited mountain horses stated that Dust In The Wind’s father, Jock, had no equal - he was by far the most gentle stallion he had ever known. Registered RMHA. | | Squirrel Too If you are looking for a stallion with natural, barefoot park action, this is the one to look at. Squirrel Too is another stallion that anybody can ride. He won the 2001 World Champion Park Horse and 2003 FL Open Grand Champion. His color is true black, and he stands 15.1 hands tall. Sired by Maple’s Squirrel by Tobe, and out of Dot-o-White by Choco Dock, he has thrown offspring of the mare’s color, adding beauty, an exceptional disposition that is easily trained, and a solid 4 beat gait. He is truly an outstanding stallion in the breed. Maple’s Squirrel, one of the 5 sons of Tobe, got his name because “he could climb a mountain like a squirrel goin’ up a tree.” Registered RMHA. | | Fairwind’s Remington West His unique color, blue roan, distinguishes Remington from the rest. Standing 16.0 hands tall, he is built to go the distance. Remington’s career in the show ring won him many blue ribbons in trail and classic classes. We are sitting on the edge of our seats to see each of his foal crops. He should throw 50% roan, which is such a beautiful new addition to the Rocky Mountain breed. He is proven to throw beautiful temperament and smooth, forward gait – Good examples are Remington East and Thief in the Night. A blast to ride because of his strength and endurance, his color and beauty would add magnificence to any parade or show. Sired by CR Top Gun by Choco Dock, and out of I’m A Fancy Dawn, he is a sight to behold. Registered RMHA. | | High Rebel As a true black stallion in color, we have seen colors come from Rebel that are as diverse as the imagination. In his many, many years of breeding, he consistently produces black and chocolate/white offspring, and a few bay, buckskin, and red chocolates, but never a sorrel or chestnut. Rebel is another one of our stallions that you could put your mother on, and be confident that he would take perfect care of her. Rebel has the genes to produce endurance champions with great disposition. When visitors are on the ranch, they are in awe of his presence, size and magnificence. A stately creature, he stands 15.3 hands. Sired by Robinson’s Sundown Rocky, by Kilburn’s Chocolate Sundown, by Tobe and out of Revelation Lady. Registered RMHA. | | Something Special This stallion is indeed something special. His coat color is so unique and golden chocolate that he almost appears to the eye as an aristocratic bronze statue. He glows with a golden sheen and has unusual soft amber eyes. Possessing a cream gene, we have only seen chocolate, palomino and buckskin in his offspring. Standing 15.3 hands tall, he was sired by Maple’s Squirrel, by Tobe, and is out of the mare Dulcy, by Choco by Kilburn’s Chocolate Sundown by Tobe. He is gentle, temperate, extremely smooth and has ample bone. His action is Classic. Registered RMHA. | | Last Of The Mohicans So-named because he was one of the last offspring sired by perhaps one of the greatest sons of Tobe, Kilburn’s Chocolate Sundown. Al Prewitt said that he believed that Kilburn’s Chocolate Sundown was the best all around Rocky produced by Tobe. His dam was Yankee’s Lady, by Yankee, by Tobe. His breeding gives this stallion the distinction of being Mountain Magic Ranch’s stallion with the highest percentage of Tobe. Standing 15.2 hands tall, he is a stunning red chocolate with absolute white mane and tail flowing below his shoulder and his forelock down to his nose. He is a dream to behold. Mohican’s disposition is playful, yet kind and intelligent. His gait is even and consistently classic to trail. Registered RMHA. | | Jake’s Black Shadow A true solid black stallion with no red gene. This stallion catches your eye and won’t let it go. His conformation is nearly perfect. Standing 15.2 hands tall, he is a splendid creature to behold. Beautiful head, full mane and tail, long legs, great angles, soft eye, and short back. We all love to ride him and his action is considered trail to classic. Shown as a 2 year old, resulting in International 2 Year Old Stallion Conformation Champion. Sired by Yankee Clipper by Yankee by Tobe, and out of My Lady Charmin by Clemon’s Tim by Tobe. This beautiful black stallion is registered RMHA. | | Mission’s Blue Cappuccino As our youngest stallion, Cappy is just now coming into his own. A gorgeous chocolate roan with a long, pure white mane and tail, he now stands 15.2 hands tall. With generous bone, a beautiful dappled body, and a ‘please hug me’ look in his eyes. He has the perfect Rocky conformation. His gait is classic to trail and is remarkably smooth, forward and consistent. He is an ‘anybody can ride’ stallion. Sired by the legendary Green Meadow’s Cappuccino by Nuncio and out of Blue Lace, this favored stallion has no red gene. Registered RMHA. |
